Innovation Workshop HR Development

A training course for HR and organisation development managers in medium-sized companies.

HR and organisation development managers deal with the challenge of supporting and advising executives in companies during innovation processes. The increasing complexity and dynamics of the markets, a shift in customer preferences and their user behaviour make innovation ability essential for the future of companies.

I am not selling the future for instant profit. – Werner von Siemens

Trigon Development Consultants has teamed up with the University of Witten/Herdecke to support HR and organisational developers in initiating structures and processes that can be used to expand companies’ innovative capacity.

In a five-part, practice-oriented course, participants experience and train their own presence, awareness, creativity and intuition with the Trigon mindfulness approach. They are strengthened in their role as competent consultants and dialogue partners for managers and employees. In addition, a wide range of impulses and instruments are presented that promote and secure the company's innovative ability, corporate culture and suitable human resource development processes.

Throughout the course, the participants continuously train their own mindfulness practice. In addition, the individual course contents are continuously linked back to the topics of innovation and innovation capability with the help of the following questions:

  • What are the requirements in organisations, especially for the field of human resources and organisational development, that arise from the above-mentioned dynamics?
